Erin Ewart is a career and leadership coach and the founder of Careers for Social Impact, where she helps purpose-driven professionals design and build fulfilling, high-impact careers. With over a decade of coaching experience, Erin specializes in supporting mid-career and senior leaders to navigate career transitions, build their leadership skills, and align their work with their values and personal growth goals.
Before launching her coaching practice, Erin held talent leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including at Google, the U.S. State Department, and KIPP, the nation’s largest charter school network. She has coached thousands of social sector professionals and brings deep expertise in recruiting, career development, and leadership growth.
A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, Erin earned her MBA in Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School and her BA in History from the College of William & Mary. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and two young children.
