Ellie Tabibian (she/her)

Bio/CV:

I'm a career and executive coach certified in MBTI, CliftonStrengths, Strong Interest Inventory, and the MindScan. I taught Career Development Theories and Techniques at Pepperdine University. I've served clients from diverse backgrounds including undergraduate and graduate students, C Suite, STEM, LGBTQ, those with addictions and felonies, etc. I've delivered trainings to build high-functioning teams in medical practices and financial services. In a brief coaching call, I ensure clients' need for coaching is addressed to gain clarity, provide helpful resources, and action items to further their development after the call. My techniques are through principles from Career Ed. & Counseling degree, embedding StrengthsFinder questions to set clients up for success. Career coaching stemmed from my first career as a school psychologist. In my previous role, I was fixated on what was right with students, not what was wrong with them. After years of burnout, I pursued Career Ed. & Counseling. The StrengthsFinder assessment opened up powerful world for myself and my clients to deliver their unique value at work.
