Bio/CV:
Rebecca Andersen is a career development leader, dedicated to furthering equity & inclusion in the career landscape. A career changer herself (engineer to career coach), Rebecca is a popular workshop facilitator who leverages design thinking in career change and leadership development. Rebecca is currently the Sr. Director for Career Development at the UC Berkeley graduate School of Information. Rebecca recently completed her doctorate in education from UC Davis, focusing her research on gender equity in STEM careers. In her spare time, Rebecca chases after 2 kids, is a soccer mom and Girl Scout volunteer, and serves as a PTA VP of Legislation.
