Dinorah Meyer, MS, NCC, RYT 500, enjoys integrating yoga concepts and practices with Western career counseling approaches to engage clients holistically in exploration and problem-solving, helping them gain self-awareness and clarity, manage stress, and feel more empowered. She has offered yoga-infused career development workshops for several audiences, including two for Cal staff as part of People & Culture’s NOW Encore Series.
Currently the Cal Career Center’s Assistant Director for Environmental Design, Dinorah has 22+ years’ experience as a career counselor/coach, including 18 years working with UC Berkeley students and alumni, five (5) years with partners of visiting scholars and postdocs, and 22 years in private practice. Dinorah has an MS in Counseling from San Francisco State University and a BA in French and a Minor in Dance from Tufts University and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and advanced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500).
