Danny Ceballos, MBA, MAOD, is the CEO of Unleashed Consulting – and is a seasoned organizational leader, management trainer, and executive coach with 25 years’ experience in for-profit and nonprofit management. Danny has worked with hundreds of highly motivated middle and senior managers to excel in their performance - to bring lasting change and high impact strategy execution to their teams and organizations. He specializes in DEI work - “building better bosses” with his training and coaching work. Danny believes that everyone desires and needs to bring their best and authentic selves to their work and lives. That is at the core of his DEI work with clients. He is the creator of “Queer 101” - a workshop for leaders to be most effective in understanding and serving LGBTQ+ audiences and has led strategy planning and execution with a focus on DEI work – for organizations across the country. Danny is a gay cis Latinx man born in Bogota, Colombia, lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30 years and recently moved back to his hometown of Binghamton, NY.
