Colin Gerker-Junsay (He, Him) is a trainer, facilitator, program manager, content producer, and coach. He is a Learning Design and Organization Development Consultant on the Berkeley People & Culture team. Colin leads two programs in People & Culture: the Berkeley People Management Executive Coaching Program, and a microlearning series called Grow on the Go. He is also the Co-Chair of the Cal Coaching Network Community of Practice. He also focuses on e-learning, team building, strategic planning, departmental retreats, DiSC assessments, 360 leadership coaching, and organizational succession planning. A previous organizational performance manager, Colin has a wide variety of higher education experience beyond the HR realm, including; research teaching and learning, intercollegiate athletics, student affairs, community and external relations, risk management, DEIB, mindfulness research and facilitation, and policy.
