Christine Moskell, PhD is a coach-in-training for higher education professionals. She has completed 40/60 hours of the Higher Ed Coaches Training Program with Dr. Katie Linder. Christine is working towards an Associate Certified Coach Credential with the International Coaching Federation.
Christine has held numerous roles in higher education: extension community educator, graduate student, lecturer, and Jazzercise instructor. At Colgate University, she currently works as a Senior Instructional Designer to support faculty's educational development. She is also the co-chair of Colgate’s inaugural Staff Affairs Council. Christine understands academic culture from both faculty and staff perspectives, which informs her coaching approach.
As a coach, Christine creates a space for the client to identify their overall goals and objectives and then uses powerful questions and activities to guide the client in achieving those objectives. Christine is excited to coach higher education professionals to find a meaningful way through the grind of research, teaching, service, and supporting students.
