A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) for over 8 years, I work with individuals and teams who want to discover or deepen what fulfills them. No matter where you are in your career journey, you have a choice about who you are being while you are doing what you do. I help you identify what matters most to you and how to tap your own wisdom while you take action. I firmly believe that you are already creative, resourceful, and a whole person. I am not here to fix you and I don’t give you advice. That’s not coaching. Instead, I meet you where you are and we work together.
I coach senior vice presidents of huge global companies, and new or mid career individuals who are ready for what’s next. I am a mentor coach for coaches who are seeking certification or recertification. I have coached people from Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, India, France, and other countries, (but only in English). While different places have different cultures that must be understood and respected, what is similar in all cases is the desire of my clients to learn and grow and to be fulfilled in ways important to them. That’s why I coach - to find, with my clients, what works best for them, and watch it emerge.
