Bio/CV: 

Dr. Chrissy Galli is a human capital and higher education expert with over a decade of experience supporting thousands of multigenerational students and employees. She has served as a faculty member, student affairs professional, and project manager, bringing a cross-functional perspective to education and workforce development.

She spent over ten years at various higher education institutions, including UC Berkeley, where she worked extensively with Millennial and Gen Z student employees. She is also the founder of 21st Century Learning Solutions, a firm dedicated to equipping higher education leaders with the tools and strategies needed to effectively train and develop today’s emerging workforce.

Dr. Galli recently earned her PhD in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi, specializing in Gen Z experiential learning. Her 2025 dissertation, Exploring Internships’ Role in Non-Virtual Social Capital Development: A Gen Z Student Perspective, provides evidence-based insights into how Gen Z builds critical professional networks—an essential component of modern workforce success.
