Dr. Catherine Ciano is a Psychologist, Coach and Teaming Strategist. She has been facilitating
change at the individual and group/team level for over 10 years, and has trained hundreds on
effective teaming, leveraging diversity, and emotional/social intelligence. She is the designer
and lead instructor of the Enhancing Team Psychological Safety Virtual Lab- where courageous
individuals build skills and confidence to improve their team’s collaboration processes. She
believes in empowered living and working, and has made it her mission to transform work by
enhancing team effectiveness.
