I am an experienced people manager and career coach. In addition to leading an annual mentoring program for my organization, I am responsible for managing cross-organizational training, and professional development, facilitating strategic planning, emotional intelligence and diversity initiatives, and process improvement. Prior to joining UCLA in 2016, I worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years with renowned international brands. During those years, I served, worked, and led people from all over the world. In addition, my current team represents all generations from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. I am proud to say that bringing a diverse team to a common goal is one of my strengths. My expertise also includes leading people and instituting operational excellence. In 2022, I earned a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Development and Change from Pennsylvania State University. I practice process consulting and incorporate appreciative inquiry into my coaching approach. I believe in giving my coachees tools and empowering them to grow on their own. With my diverse work experience and formal education, I bring unique insights to my coaching.
