I am an experienced executive coach and people leader with expertise in business management and organizational development. At UCLA, I lead an annual mentoring program and oversee cross-functional training, professional development, and process improvement initiatives. I also facilitate strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and diversity programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Before joining UCLA in 2016, I spent more than 15 years in the hospitality industry leading diverse teams within global brands, managing complex operations, and driving operational excellence. This experience shaped my ability to inspire high-performing teams and navigate cross-cultural and multi-generational environments.
In 2022, I earned a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Development and Change from Penn State, expanding my expertise in process consulting and appreciative inquiry.
