I have extensive experience working with people in career development, transitions, leadership development, culture, personality, team dynamics, and high performance.

My coaching involves deep listening, critical questions, transparency, assessments, and analysis, using a Whole-Person approach.

I have been responsible for heading Learning & Organization Development, Strategic Change, and Talent Management functions in global Fortune 500 retail companies, biotech, healthcare professional services, and higher education organizations (UC San Diego). I have consulted with healthcare, public information, higher education, and high-tech companies.
