Becky brings a practical approach to coaching, helping clients focus in on the area that will have the greatest impact on their professional life. She supports them as they set goals, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and strategies to overcome obstacles.
Becky has spent her career in higher education, in various positions over 26 years, with 11 years in leadership positions, currently holding the role of Assistant Dean of Student Success where she has been coaching new managers since 2021. She has experience supporting multiple teams of professional staff and leading campus-wide initiatives. She has been providing career coaching since 2008 and leadership coaching since 2024.
She holds a doctorate in educational leadership. She is a Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC). She is currently working toward the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She has completed 125 hours of coach training approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
