Anna Aslanova is a leadership and team coach based in Germany, Europe, with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, talent management, and organizational development. She supports leaders and professionals in 1:1 and team coaching settings, helping them navigate career transitions, clarify goals, and build confidence and effectiveness in their work.
Anna holds a CPCC credential from the Co-Active Training Institute, a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and is trained in ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching).
Before focusing fully on coaching, she led the Talent Acquisition function, gaining deep expertise in talent management and career development. Additionally, she is teaching at a university in Berlin, which further strengthens her ability to support learning, reflection, and development. Working across European and international contexts has enriched her practice and strengthened her ability to work with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
