Ana Floyd is a Life Development Coach in Communication™ and Certified Communication Trainer with over 30 years of experience working with thousands of clients worldwide. She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credentials and currently serves as President of ICF San Diego. Ana is also an advisory board member for the Women's Leadership Executive program at UC Santa Barbara. As co-founder of the Institute for Global Listening and Communication, Ana combines her coaching expertise with a compassionate listening approach to help clients navigate career and business challenges, specializing in effective communication strategies and collaborative solutions.
Ana is a native Californian, born in San Francisco and graduated from University of California, Davis. Now Based in San Diego, Ana continues her practice as a coach mentor, PCC assessor, and coach educator as one of the seasoned pioneers in the industry.
