Amy Mok is the Founder and Leadership & Executive Coach at Recode Leadership LLC. She guides leaders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, particularly quiet, high-achieving professionals navigating environments where they don’t fit traditional leadership molds, to lead with confidence so they can be recognized and valued for who they truly are. Her coaching approach is strengths-based, reflective, and practical. In brief coaching sessions, she creates a grounded, supportive space where reflective conversation helps coachees clarify what truly matters to them and move forward with concrete steps.
Amy brings over 22 years of experience in engineering and technology, spanning individual contributor, team lead, engineering manager, and director roles across aerospace, civic tech nonprofits, education, and federal agencies.
She volunteers with initiatives supporting underserved communities. Amy holds a BA in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MS in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
