I help clients find their direction, map their course, and be equipped to have authentic career pathways and an impact on people’s lives. I serve as a thinking partner with you in career planning, project conceptualization and implementation, goal-setting and accountability, and discerning the place of work in your life. I focus on coaching the whole person within a professional context. My particular focus is mid-career professionals. I am trained through Higher Education Coaches and will complete the Associate Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation in 2024. I bring a wide range of experience in higher education and nonprofit administration. I have been in academic administration at UC Irvine for 10 years, where I coach and mentor staff, faculty, and graduate students.
