Amanda is the Director of Professional Development for Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) scholars at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM).
Amanda provides individual coaching and group training sessions that target the unique needs and characteristics of gifted individuals by focusing on strengths-based coaching, and positive psychology. In 2023, Amanda was a speaker at the UC Academic Advising Conference at UC Irvine, where her topic was Coaching Gifted Students. Amanda is a doctoral student of leadership and innovation in higher education at the University of the Pacific. In addition to her academic training, Amanda is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, QPR Facilitator, and AVMA Workplace Wellbeing Instructor.
