Ali O’Malley is a Solutions Consultant specializing in the design and implementation of interventions to promote positive growth and development in employees and the organizations to which they belong. Ali has a MA and PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from The University of Akron. Her consulting experience spans a wide variety of industries including higher education, technology, manufacturing and warehousing, agriculture, construction, insurance, and nonprofits (particularly environmental and youth services).
She managed Advanced Analytics and Research in John Deere’s Global Human Resources organization, a role where she worked closely with Deere’s C-suite and senior business leaders on talent strategy, the future of work, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Most recently, she led the Human Capital practice area within the Butler Business Consulting Group, a management consulting firm based out of the Lacy School of Business at Butler University.
Ali regularly facilitates workshops and presents at national and international conferences on topics including talent analytics and performance enablement.
