Priyal is a skilled Scientist with hands-on laboratory and leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry for 8+ years. She is now following her life-long passion of becoming an emotional intelligence and resilience coach. She has been an avid advocate of emotional intelligence within her family, friends and colleagues for as long as she can remember. She looks forward to helping more individuals, mid career professionals and entrepreneurs practice emotional intelligence skills and make an impact in the global community by offering authentic safe spaces for everyone.
Her goal is to help purpose-driven individuals, innovators,entrepreneurs and leaders use EQ skills to follow their intentional goals and build empathy, collaboration and connection. She personally believes Emotional Intelligence will be the most important skill of the next decade. It's a highly underrated skill in personal and professional relationships and a critical component of leadership. Living with emotional self-awareness has changed her life drastically and it’s an ever-evolving process. She now lives more mindfully; feels deeply connected to her purpose in life and can respond instead of reacting. In all, “Life is happening for her, not happening to her”. Her deepest desire is to be able to educate as many people as she can about the importance of EQ, so they can learn to navigate challenges more effectively, build profound relationships as well as build resilience, flexibility and adaptability for unpredictable times.
She also owns a heart-centered tea business as a side hustle where she likes to blend tea with emotions. She recently curated her own tea blends for two emotions Joy and Hope and makes personalized tea-gift boxes for various occasions. She is an avid runner and hiker and loves the outdoors in California. Her biggest passion outside of work is also to travel and expand her mind. Till date, she has traveled and tried food in 25+ countries.
