Her experience includes global onboarding, workshop facilitation, internal consulting, leadership coaching, content and program creation, building talent development and serving on the Silicon Valley HR Network and International Coaching Federation, San Diego.
As a Sri Lankan, Chinese and Portuguese immigrant who speaks Spanish proficiently after studying abroad, Celine deeply values curiosity as a pathway to connection, movement as medicine and play to unlock creativity. She’s passionate about creating diverse, growth-minded communities. Celine is the founder of New Day Mentality, a coaching business dedicated to elevating others to rediscover their best selves by strengthening mental fitness as a root cause solution.
