Dr. Deepak Patil, Organizational Consultant, UCOP has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching and organizational consulting. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and an MBA, and brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to his work.

Deepak is passionate about helping leaders and organizations realize their full potential. His coaching and consulting approach has been shaped by extensive experience with global, multicultural, and cross-industry audiences, as well as senior leadership roles in international organizations. He has further strengthened his practice through advanced training at institutions such as the Kansas Leadership Center, the California School of Professional Psychology, the Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

As a coach, Deepak works with individual contributors, mid-level managers, and senior executives on challenges related to career development, leadership transitions, interpersonal communication, team effectiveness, organizational change, and strategic focus.
