He holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and an MBA, and brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to his work.
Deepak is passionate about helping leaders and organizations realize their full potential. His coaching and consulting approach has been shaped by extensive experience with global, multicultural, and cross-industry audiences, as well as senior leadership roles in international organizations. He has further strengthened his practice through advanced training at institutions such as the Kansas Leadership Center, the California School of Professional Psychology, the Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
