Faye Harris (she/her)

Bio/CV: 

Faye Harris, a Cal alumna, and Incentive Awards Scholar is a Leadership and Well-being Coach dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate times of uncertainty, break through barriers, and create a future of meaning, significance, and true abundance.

Faye has served an international client base across industries in academia and nonprofits, including as an internal coach at Google. Her whole-person coaching approach is warm, insightful, creative, and individualized. A proponent of inclusion and belonging, Faye partners with leaders and organizations to create an inclusive culture where every employee is connected, engaged, supported, and enabled to succeed.

Faye is credentialed at the PCC level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and certified in multiple leadership instruments, including Myers-Briggs MBTI® and FIRO®, Mental Health First Aid, and Intercultural Development Inventory. She holds a B.A. in Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.
