Bio/CV:
For over twenty years Tiffany Reardon has been working in higher education designing programs that support students pursuing degrees in Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology (STEM). In 2012, she joined UC's flagship campus by accepting a position in UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and has two blogs Reufinder.com and RoseColoredLenses.com. In May of 2021 she published her first book “Rose Colored Lenses: A Survival Guide to Navigating the Workplace.” In her spare time, she is an avid knitter.
