How To Contact ELR
-
Effective immediately, you must open an ELR HR Service Hub ticket and no longer send emails to the ELR teams.
-
In the appropriate Employee Relations request form, enter all the information that would typically be included in an email into the case description.
-
Include ALL the relevant information, attachments, etc. to help the ELR Consultant start the case immediately instead of just putting in a sentence or two and expecting a response.
-
If there is no response in a couple of days, please do NOT open a new case or send an email, just make a comment in the existing case to check-in.
-
Those already working specifically with an ELR Consultant on an ELR matter before 7/1/24 should continue to email that Consultant directly.
-
When ELR sends an email from an HR Service Hub case, please “reply all” to that email - it will be logged in the case, and the ELR Consultant will be notified.
Need additional help?
- Use the HR Service Hub Training website - Go to the red box titled, “FOR ELR CASES” to find job aids, slides, diagrams, and an ELR glossary.
