This course looks at methods for avoiding bias, especially implicit bias, pertaining specifically to the hiring process. These methods can be employed by hiring managers, members of hiring committees, interviewers, or anyone with a hiring-related role. After completing this course, you will be able to design processes to manage the influence of implicit bias in the hiring process.
