Overview of Maintaining Professional Boundaries in Healthcare Organizations. Topics include establishing professional boundaries, understanding boundary violations, building better boundaries, creating a culture of safety, and responding to red flags and boundary violations. Please note that healthcare workers must complete this training in addition to their regularly assigned training as UC employees on preventing harassment and discrimination. The completion of this course does not substitute for the completion of any other required course.

This course is required by UC healthcare policy and OPHD.
