This fully online series is designed for faculty supervisors, from seasoned people leaders to those who are new to staff supervision. This set of online courses is a subset of the BPM: Grow Today certificate. The modules selected highlight the courses deemed most critical for academics on campus who supervise staff titles.
As part of this training, you will complete the UC Managing Implicit Bias certificate as well.
This course is required by UC Berkeley policy.
