COVID-19 Temporary Remote Work Agreement

In response to COVID-19, employees should work remotely upon determination by their supervisors that temporary remote work is appropriate and viable. The Temporary Remote Work Agreement has been created to specify the terms of the temporary remote work arrangement for an employee, and should be completed by the approving supervisor, the employee, and the department head. 

Instructions for Supervisors: Complete the online Temporary Remote Work Agreement for each employee you approve to work remotely. Once you sign the Agreement, it will be automatically routed for signature to the employee and department head you identified. After all the signatures are received, the employee and the supervisor should each keep a copy of this Agreement for future reference. Review this process if you need additional guidance in completing the Agreement.
