Su-Feng Kuo is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a background spanning academia, global corporations, nonprofit, and government sectors. She holds a PhD from the University of Michigan.
Having grown up in Taiwan and later living and working in both the United States and China, Su-Feng brings deep cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity to identity, context, and transition. She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, professional, and life backgrounds, including purpose-driven professionals, career switchers, and highly sensitive individuals.
Her coaching approach is reflective, intuitive, and structured, integrating powerful questioning, values clarification, systems thinking, and somatic awareness. In brief coaching settings, she creates a grounded, psychologically safe space where insights emerge quickly and coachees leave with practical, meaningful next steps.
