I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and facilitator with 10+ years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through change, growth, and transition. My background includes HR, leadership development, employee engagement, and program design, with experience partnering with organizations such as Lyra Health, Accenture, and Symantec. I have coached and facilitated leaders and employees across diverse identities, cultures, industries, and career stages, with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice.
My coaching approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in behavioral science. I focus on building psychological safety quickly, clarifying goals, and translating insight into action. I draw on powerful questioning, reflective listening, somatic awareness, values exploration, and practical experimentation to help clients increase self-awareness, shift patterns, and make meaningful progress in their lives.
I am a proud SF Bay Area native and when I am not coaching, I enjoy eating at new restaurants, trying new workout classes, discovering new places to travel, movie nights with my friends, and spending time with my husband, toddler and extended family.
