Kristeen Barth is an executive coach with over 20 years of real-world leadership experience in IT, strategic project management, and HR & organizational development. She’s worked across industries like telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and financial services, leading up, down, and across organizations.
With an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, Kristeen blends deep expertise and empathy to help leaders navigate their challenges with confidence. She helps clients find their true voice so they can define success for themselves and supports them in creating a healthier relationship with their work. Her approach is supported by training in frameworks such as Co-Active Leadership, Prosci Change Management, Insights Discovery, the Five Dysfunctions of a Team model, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, the Influence Style Indicator™, Situational Leadership®, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™).
Outside of work, Kristeen enjoys the outdoors, documentaries, kettlebells, walking her dog Toby, and traveling with her husband, Matt.
