Hello! I'm an ICF-certified coach with 7 years of formal coaching experience. My ~20 year career has spanned advertising, tech, and academia. I’ve been an individual contributor, a team leader, and an org leader. My experience in the fields of marketing and HR means I understand both the business and people sides of organizations, and I bring that professional context and expertise to my coaching.
My coaching style is intuitive, warm, and lovingly direct. During a session you can expect deep and active listening, powerful questions, and astute observations, sprinkled with humor, real talk, and affirmation. I use a ""whole person"" approach to coaching, and have supported individual contributors of all experience levels, managers, and executive leaders as clients. Some of the topics I've supported my clients with include improving organizational effectiveness, career progression and promotion, personal branding and influence, authentic leadership, decision making, communication style, managing conflict, and nurturing inclusive team cultures.
I hold a professional coaching certificate from UC Davis, a leadership coaching certificate from Co-Active Training Institute, and an ACC credential through ICF.
