With over 17 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, Britt McClintock is a skilled educator, consultant, and strategist dedicated to creating inclusive environments across educational and corporate settings. They have designed and delivered curricula and training programs focused on BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ inclusion and equity in collegiate programming, and have consulted with universities, families, and organizations on advancing equity and belonging initiatives. In 2015, McClintock produced a short documentary examining the impacts of binary gender socialization on child development. McClintock recently transitioned from their role as Engagement and Belonging Lead at Berkeley IT (May 2022–February 2026) to become the Culture and Engagement Strategist for the Office of Staff Engagement and Belonging within People and Culture. In this capacity, they develop and implement strategies that foster belonging and cultural competency across the institution. McClintock also co-founded sousou strategies, a cultural strategy and engagement consulting firm extending their impact beyond the university setting.
