Amy is an experienced Management Consultant and ICF-Certified (PCC) Executive Coach, who works both 1:1 and with teams to develop their leadership skills, improve communication, and create motivation for change. Amy’s clients include Fortune 5-500 multinationals in various industries, small businesses, non-profits, and higher ed.
Amy is passionate about partnering with her clients to wholistically design the life they want to live, create a plan to realize their vision, and support and challenge her clients as they make their vision reality.
While Amy brings a wide range of experiences and skills to her coaching clients and practice, she inherently believes that her clients have their own best answers and through the powerful process of coaching those insights and “ahas” can be surfaced and her clients are able to get “un-stuck.”
Prior to founding Dynamyc Solutions, Amy spent 15 years in management and consulting roles focusing on organizational transformations and strategic initiatives. Amy also formerly served as the Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners. She holds a variety of professional certifications, including Korn Ferry’s 360, Leadership Potential, and Leadership Architect.
