Amila de Saram-Larssen is an ICF-certified ADHD and executive function coach, holding Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials along with additional certifications as a Certified ADHD Life Coach (iACT Center) and Certified Executive Function Coach (EFCA). She brings over 20 years of experience in international disability inclusion and public policy, working across governments, global institutions, and education systems to advance equity and participation for people with disabilities.
Amila holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College, Middlebury College, and The Ohio State University, blending strong academic grounding with deeply practical coaching expertise. Her coaching approach is neuro-affirmative, reflective, and action-oriented. In brief coaching settings, she supports clients in reducing overwhelm, clarifying priorities, and building sustainable follow-through using executive-function-informed strategies, reflective inquiry, and small, test-and-learn experiments.
Based in Norway and working internationally, Amila is the co-founder of CoachBridge, a social-impact platform expanding access to inclusive, non-clinical coaching for neurodivergent young adults and early-career professionals at key transition points.
