With over a decade of experience as a senior engineering leader at Apple where she helped scale Siri to over 40 languages and led global, cross-functional teams Alla brings deep firsthand understanding of the demands, pace, and invisible pressures of executive life in high-stakes environments. Her background is grounded in both technical and human systems: she holds two M.A. degrees in engineering and linguistics, shaping her unique ability to work at the intersection of systems thinking, language, behavior, and leadership.
Alla is trained through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, holds an ICF ACC credentials, and is a certified, trauma-informed Breath Science Practitioner.
