Outside of Li Ka Shing, Mulford, Morgan, and Genetics and Plant Biology

Start your workday with the gift of guided meditation, deep breathing, light stretching and morning refreshments, while experiencing the benefits of improved blood flow, increased energy and the reduction of stress. Note: If you would like to stretch while sitting or lying down, please feel free to bring a mat or blanket to the event. The first 40 participants at each session (registration required) will receive a yoga mat and will have a chance to win fun prizes (donated by Under Armour) and you do not need to be present to win! 

Yoga Mat Voucher Distribution
Vouchers will be distributed 10 minutes before the beginning of each session at the following times: 7:50, 8:20, 8:50 and 9:20 am

Yoga Mat Pickup
Yoga mats will be available for pick at the end of each session to participants with a voucher at the following times: 8:15, 8:45, 9:15 and 9:45 am

Join us at lunchtime the first Friday of each month (unless otherwise stated) to enjoy some time outdoors, connect with nature, and work together with new people. You are welcome to harvest some herbs to take home! Some supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Sign up for our email list to learn more.
