The Workforce Administration (WFA) component contains personnel information and HR transactions that are listed by Effective Date and Action/Reason. WFA records include Personal Data, Job Data, and occasionally Direct Deposit. Information can be passed to and from WFA to other components in HCM (Talent Acquisition Manager, Case Tracking).
